Kirk’s professional journey started the traditional way, as an apprentice electrician. Once qualified, he stepped into an operations manager role, where he got his first real taste of running a business.

Those years were invaluable. They taught him how to manage teams, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional service, lessons that would shape everything he teaches today.

While he enjoyed the operational side, Kirk felt a strong pull to help others in the industry.

He’d seen how talented tradespeople often struggled with the business side, finding enough work, making profit, building reliable teams.

That desire to make a difference led him into coaching in 2018, where he found his true calling, guiding trade-business owners through the same challenges he’d seen from the inside.
